Toast banana bread slices until lightly golden. Spread two tablespoons of peanut butter on each bread slice. Top with banana slices and chocolate chips.
Try with other toppings such as nuts, coconut or dried fruit.
For a lunchbox treat top with a second slice of banana bread. Or cut open-faced sandwich in half and place two halves together for a smaller sandwich with more filling.
Great with milk.
