Ripe, juicy peaches and delicious Chiquita Bananas pair up for this fresh and fruity smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 2   whole Chiquita Bananas, frozen*, peeled and chopped
  • 1   large Peach, peeled and sliced
  • 1   (6-oz.) carton nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1   dash Nutmeg, optional

Instructions for:

easy Peachy Keen Chiquita Banana Smoothie Recipe

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. Serve immediately.

*Note: this smoothie may also be made using Chiquita bananas that are not frozen. The result will not be quite as thick or cold, but equally as delicious!

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with slices of peach and banana.

    FYI I used the frozen peaches in place of the frozen bananas. Still thick,and smooth.

    I made this and only used 1 banana and 1 cup about 5 slices of frozen peaches with only 3 oz of yogurt i did use the nutmeg and I added 1 tsp. of flax seed oil. Very good.

    Greg..you're an idiot. The sugar content is fructose not white sugar. It is naturally occurring in fruit and is not the same thing. Not all calories are treated equally and neither is fat. Fat (good fat) and natural sugar from a banana WILL NOT MAKE YOU FAT. Educate yourself...

    The sugar content is 9 spoons of sugar, it will taste good but make you fat, so what's is the point.
