A tangy blend of baby greens and balsamic vinaigrette dressing combine with sweet grapes, Chiquita Bananas and crunchy roasted sunflower seeds for a delicious salad experience.
Ingredients:

(5-oz.) pkg. Fresh Express® Sweet Tender Greens™ or Spring Mix salad
- 1/4 cup
light Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup
seedless red, green and/or purple Grapes, halved
- 2
ripe Chiquita Bananas, diced
- 1/4 cup
roasted Sunflower seeds or toasted Pine nuts
- 1/8 tsp.
cracked black Pepper
Instructions for:

Place salad in a large bowl and toss with the vinaigrette dressing until greens are evenly coated. Place dressed greens on a large serving platter or divide among salad plates. Decoratively top the salad with the grapes, bananas and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions:
Top each serving with a grilled chicken breast or fish filet for an easy entrée salad.
Beverage Pairings:
If serving with wine, to bridge the flavors add a splash of the wine to the balsamic vinaigrette before tossing the greens and the dressing. Try with a light Riesling.
