Homemade, creamy peanut butter banana frozen yogurt complemented with fudge sauce creates a flavor sensation.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup
nonfat Milk
- 1/3 cup
creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup
Honey
- 4
ripe, Chiquita Bananas, cut in chunks
- 16 oz.
nonfat Vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup
Chocolate fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Place milk, peanut butter, honey, bananas and yogurt in a blender; puree until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, at least one hour. Pour yogurt mixture into the bowl of an ice cream or frozen yogurt maker and follow manufacturer directions for making the frozen yogurt. Spoon into ice cream serving dishes and top with warm chocolate fudge sauce.
Tip:
Lightly coat the inside of a measuring cup with vegetable oil spray before measuring the honey to make it easier to remove the honey from the cup.
Quick variation:
Use frozen bananas and omit chill time. The yogurt will freeze very quickly, making a quick and easy dessert.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with a chocolate-tipped rolled wafer cookie.
