Ingredients:

  • 2   firm Chiquita Bananas
  • 2   cups Whole grain O cereal
  • 1   pt. low-fat vanilla Yogurt

Instructions for:

Peel and cut bananas into 1/2 inch slices. Crush 2 cups of cereal and place in bowl. Scoop yogurt into separate bowl. Dip individual banana slices in yogurt and then roll them in crushed cereal. Place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet. When all slices are dipped in yogurt and covered with cereal, place cookie sheet in freezer until frozen, about 20-30 minutes. — Recipe idea courtesy of Ben Ruoti for the Ultimate Chiquita Banana Recipe Contest.
