This recipe is totally grain-free, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 3   large Chiquita bananas
  • 3   large Eggs
  • 1/4   cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1   Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2   cups Almond meal
  • 2   Tbsp. Coconut flour
  • 1   tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/4   tsp. Salt
  • 1/2   cup chopped Walnuts (optional)

Instructions for:

Puree egg, oil, vanilla, and bananas in blender. In a separate bowl, blend dry ingredients. Add banana and egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Add chopped walnuts if desired.
