large Eggs
- 1/4 cup
Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp.
Vanilla extract
- 2 cups
Almond meal
- 2 Tbsp.
Coconut flour
- 1 tsp.
Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp.
Salt
- 1/2 cup
chopped Walnuts (optional)
Instructions for:

Puree egg, oil, vanilla, and bananas in blender. In a separate bowl, blend dry ingredients. Add banana and egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Add chopped walnuts if desired.
