Ingredients:

  • 2   whole Black Chiquita Plantains
  • 1   cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions for:

Pour oil in frying pan and turn burner on high. Slice Chiquita Plantains length-wise in 1/2 inch pieces (about 6 per plantain). Once oil is hot, place Chiquita Plantains in oil and fry one minute on each side or until golden brown with some hints of caramel color. Serve on platter with any toppings of your choice - pico de gallo, fruit salsa or sliced avocado.
