Ingredients:

green and very firm Chiquita Plantains
- 1 cup
soft Mexican cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch
Salt and pepper, or a dash of each
Instructions for:
quick Chiquita Baked Plantains Recipe
Peel plantains and cut them lengthwise. Place in pre-greased baking pan. Top with a dash of salt and pepper, then shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove wrap and serve.
Optional: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to brown.
